REVAMP Visuals retains full copyright ownership of all media we create. What you receive is a license to use that media under the specific terms outlined here.

Copyright & Ownership

• REVAMP Visuals LLC owns the copyright to all content we produce.
• Copyright does not transfer to the client unless we execute a separate written agreement.
• All rights not specifically granted to the client remain with REVAMP Visuals.

Your Permitted Uses

• Listing and marketing the property using any media we deliver.
• Posting on MLS and multiple listing services.
• Use on your personal agent website and social media — forever.
• Using one primary photo or video clip for "sold" or "closed" marketing materials.
• Sharing media within your brokerage for internal recognition, provided it is not published under another agent's brand.

Duration of Use Rights

• During active listing: Unlimited use across all marketing platforms
• Unsold property: Maximum 1 year from delivery
• Personal website & social media: Forever
• Sold/closed marketing: Ongoing, for that specific property

What You Cannot Do

• Provide media to competitors or third-party vendors without written permission from REVAMP.
• Transfer media rights to a new agent if your listing expires, withdraws, or changes representation.
• Alter, re-edit, or manipulate any media we deliver. All editing is handled by REVAMP (fees may apply for changes).
• Share media with builders, stagers, or designers for their own promotional use without authorization.
• Claim copyright or ownership of the media on any platform or in any context.

Third-Party Requests

If another party requests use of our media, direct them to us. We may authorize use with a supplemental license and applicable fees. If you anticipate shared usage before a shoot, contact us in advance for discounted multi-party pricing.

The following applies in addition to the general license terms above.

Photography

• Delivered as edited, high-resolution files optimized for MLS, print, and digital use.
• Virtual twilight, sky replacements, grass repair, or object removal are digital enhancements. You are responsible for any required MLS disclosure of digitally altered images in your jurisdiction.
• Additional editing after delivery is available at $5 per photo, per round of changes.

Cinematic Video & Reels

• All video — including ICON packages, Highlight videos, Hype reels, iPhone reels, and short-form social reels — is owned by REVAMP Visuals LLC.
• Videos may be used across all of your personal marketing channels: MLS, social media, your website, and email.
• You may not repurpose, re-edit, or re-brand video content for use by another agent, team member, or brokerage without written authorization.
• Scripted content is developed in collaboration with REVAMP. The final script remains REVAMP creative work, though the voice and story are yours.
• Revision requests after final delivery are subject to additional fees.

Drone / Aerial Media

• All drone operations are performed by FAA-certified pilots in compliance with applicable airspace regulations.
• Drone flights are weather-dependent and subject to local airspace restrictions. If a flight cannot be completed due to conditions outside our control, you may reschedule at our current rates.
• Aerial media is subject to the same license terms as all other REVAMP deliverables.
• You may not submit aerial footage to any platform or publication in a way that misrepresents its source or origin.

Social Media Content & Monthly Packages

• Content produced under Social Media Accelerator, Social Media Management, or other monthly packages is licensed for use on your accounts during and after the service period.
• Captions, scripts, and written copy produced by REVAMP remain REVAMP intellectual property but are licensed to you for use on your channels.
• Content created for your brand may not be resold, white-labeled, or redistributed to other agents or businesses.
• REVAMP reserves the right to use any content we produce in our own portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

3D Tours & Floor Plans

• Matterport and 3D tour links are hosted on third-party platforms. Hosting duration and availability are subject to those platforms' terms and our active relationship with them.
• Floor plans are delivered as client records. Accuracy is based on the measurement session; REVAMP is not liable for discrepancies from irregular structures or inaccessible spaces.
• 3D tour embeds may be shared on your listing website, social media, or MLS per the platform's rules.

Your Responsibilities

• The property must be photo-ready and access-ready at the scheduled time — including staging, cleaning, and removing personal items or vehicles from frame.
• Ensure a safe environment for our team — no loose hazards, unsecured animals, or restricted access without warning.
• Pets must be secured or removed prior to arrival. Our team cannot manage animals during shoots.
• Notify us in advance of any rooms, areas, or features you want excluded.
• Confirm you have legal authority to allow property access and media production on-site.
• For ICON and cinematic video packages: complete your pre-shoot strategy call before shoot day. Arriving without a confirmed script or strategy may result in rescheduling.

Our Limitations

• We do not clean, move, or rearrange furniture, personal belongings, or decor.
• Amenities, pools, community spaces, and off-property locations require separate scheduling and may involve additional fees.
• We photograph and film the entire accessible property unless instructed otherwise.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Weather Policy

Services such as drone operations and twilight sessions may be impacted by weather. The final decision to proceed or reschedule rests with the agent. If exterior media cannot be completed on the original shoot day, a separate exterior-only appointment can be scheduled at our current Exterior Only rate.

• Payment is due upon media delivery. No files will be released until payment is received in full.
• Credit card payments are accepted through our client portal.
• Invoices past 30 days from delivery are subject to a 10% late fee, compounded every 30 days thereafter.
• For retainer engagements (e.g., Social Media Accelerator), payment terms will be specified in your service agreement.
• VIP Pass credits are non-refundable and non-transferable except as outlined in your VIP Pass agreement.

By booking with REVAMP Visuals, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use any media we produce for the following purposes:

• Our website, portfolio, and case studies
• Social media marketing and advertising
• Awards submissions, industry recognition, and press
• Sales presentations and service proposals
• Team training and internal education

If you would prefer your property or likeness not appear in our marketing, notify us in writing prior to your shoot date and we will honor that request.

All media produced by REVAMP Visuals is protected under U.S. copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, redistribution, or resale of our media is a violation of federal law and these terms.

If a Violation Is Discovered

• We will contact you and/or the infringing party with a formal removal request.
• If a third party used media you shared without authorization, we may request your assistance in resolving the matter.
• Failure to comply with removal demands may result in legal action and DMCA takedown filings.
• Ongoing contract relationships may be terminated without refund in cases of willful violation.

Home Buyers & Sellers

Homebuyers and sellers who wish to use listing media must contact REVAMP Visuals directly. A separate license is required - agents may not transfer their license to buyers or sellers on our behalf.

REVAMP Visuals provides professional media editing at the direction of the client. Various jurisdictions, MLS organizations, and regulatory bodies maintain specific and evolving rules regarding disclosure of digitally enhanced images.

• REVAMP Visuals is not responsible for issues arising from a property that was not shoot-ready upon our arrival.
• We are not liable for delays or rescheduling caused by weather, restricted airspace, or circumstances outside our control.
• Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a service failure is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.
• We are not responsible for MLS upload failures, platform outages, or technical issues on third-party hosting services.
• Video delivery timelines are estimates. Rush delivery is available at an additional fee based on team availability.

REVAMP Visuals does not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. Standard opt-in data practices apply to text messaging and email communications. Property addresses used in our production workflows are handled confidentially and used solely for project coordination.

By booking a service, submitting a deposit, or using any media delivered by REVAMP Visuals LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full. These terms may be updated periodically; the version in effect at the time of your booking governs your engagement.
